Transparent gel. Just started using it on my c section scar. No strange feelings so far. Gel made in China. Package is good, pump it out each time for use is hygienic. Benefit not yet known. Takes time to tell.
I used this on my child after a cut on her chin. It works, but don't stop using it. Rub a small amount of cream into the fresh scar morning and evening. The sooner the better. At least 8 weeks, longer is better.

I used this silicone scar gel after a surgical incision. The texture is light and it dries quickly without being sticky. After about 4–6 weeks the scar looked flatter and less red. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts quite a while.
If you have a C-section scar, trust me—you will want this gel! I’ve finished my first bottle and it’s too early to make any final conclusions, but so far the quality is excellent. The gel feels gentle, hypoallergenic, and absorbs well without irritation. I’ll keep using it and hope to see more visible results over time.
Good quality scar gel with a lightweight texture that absorbs well into the skin. It feels comfortable and easy to use without feeling sticky. Advice: Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin and massage gently until absorbed, and use it consistently over time for best results.
I started using this after I ran out of of a very pricey silicone gel product recommended by my plastic surgeon. It feels the same, and I think it does the same job, but it is still too early to tell. I use it both morning and night, and it is very easy to dispense from the pump style bottle.
