American ginseng is a yin ginseng as opposed to Asian ginseng which is yang. The former is cooling and moistens even as it increases qi. Asian ginseng is warming. There’s no better or worse- depends what suits your constitution. First time trying this brand- it’s easy to swallow and has a mild and pleasant ginseng smell.

This is my first time buying this particular brand. As a long time American ginseng user, I can quickly tell that this is a very good quality product. I think it compares favourably to the best brands out there. It passes the eye test, smell test, and the effects are familiar ones, typical of Wisconsin ginseng. taste authentic, I bought 8 qualities this time, im not sure if its only me but I find the 75 capsules taste different to the 150. this is my 3rd time purchasing cos I love ginseng. anyway ill buy the 150 again and see if it will be my last order.
