I switched to this brand because 240 softgels for this price is a steal. CoQ10 is essential for my energy levels, especially for heart health. The softgels are standard size and easy to swallow. My only gripe is the resealable bag, it can be tricky to zip shut properly, and if you don't, the pills might oxidize. I ended up pouring them into an old glass bottle for easier daily use.
This is a great value for the price. The bag has 240 softgels, so it's going to last me for 120 days if I take 2 softgels a day. Just so you know the softgel size is not small as I first expected (I like smaller capsules), it's medium sized. I take CoQ10 for the heart health and energy production. It's also a cofactor of other vitamins like vit A.

Softgels are easy to swallow, even multiple at once with some liquid, which I like. Taste is neutral. So I guess that this was a good bet on health.
Conzyme is one the best supplements for me overall, for heart, for energy, cardivascular, and also it makes you fell more alive, but you need to take quite a lot of it 30mg won't work either 100mg per day or 200mg per day. This brand is really affordable.
