Each soft gel delivers a good dose of Vitamin D (2000UI) + MK7 (45mcg), suspended in coconut oil, which is one of the reasons I chose this particular product. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin, so the soft gel format enhances the uptake within the body. They’re absolutely tiny, smallest soft gels I’ve ever seen, making them extremely easy to swallow. This product is great value for money, you get 300 soft gels in a pouch, each gel being a single dose, so that’s almost a year’s supply from a single purchase. I have been taking these now for a few months, and they have definitely improved my mood. An added bonus is that they also smell amazing, this isn’t important to me as I’m only concerned with the efficacy and ingredients of my supplements, but if you’re sensitive to (bad) smells these soft gels might be worth trying!

A d3/k2 softgel product with not excessive ingredients, so it's highly recomended. I chose the 2000IU version so as to take two tablets (4000IU/100mcg) during winter and one tablet during summer time. PS. The container bag is not as big as it looks in the product page.
