Great product has really helped with the inflammation in my knees. I generally forget to take the supplements during the day so I normally take all 3 of them with my dinner. I have not experienced any problems with taking all 3 at the same time. Highly recommend this product.

The turmeric powder inside the capsules is extremely fine, and if one breaks or there's some dust in the bottle, it can stain your fingers bright yellow.
