Ginger, 20 Coated Tablets

I’ve been using Gravol Ginger for a long time, and it’s honestly something I always come back to. It consistently helps me with nausea, whether it’s from travel or just an upset stomach. I like that it’s non-drowsy and made with ginger, so it feels a bit more natural while still working really well. I was actually really happy to see that iHerb finally added it, because it’s pretty hard to find in Europe. Definitely something I always like to keep on hand.

I was drawn to ingredients like ginger because it is good for nausea. The only downside is that it contains soy. To get max benefit, take 30 minutes before travelling. I also like that the dosage is small and very easy to take with no overpowering taste.

Gravol Ginger works great for nausea from GLP-1 medicine. I take one in the morning and one at night and my nausea is gone. Highly recommend. And, better for you than the prescription meds.

I like this type of tablets because is easier on digestion than capsules. Especially for those who suffer from acid reflux. Great for all possible forms of troubles with gut, delayed emptying or nausea.
