I read plenty of articles about the RLipoic Acid, I trust the quality of this brand, the size of the pill is good for me

To make into tablet form they add extra ingredients. I’m not sure they can avoid this but sorbitol, cellulose gum, magnesium stearate can be GI irritants in sensitive individuals, alter gut bacteria and possibly inflame.

These washable nursing pads are more comfortable than disposable ones. They don't rustle or shift around. They've survived dozens of washes. The set of six means I always have clean ones.
