I have only taken it for 3 weeks now, but I feel better physically and less aches in just a short period of time. Don't forget to combine the product with pepper for better absorption rate. I take mine in Ginger Ale and can't even taste the Turmeric and pepper. Just thought I'd mention for people who don't care for the taste. The benefits far outweigh the slightly odd taste.

I really tried to like this but the taste is just not for me, it’s still too strong and bitter even after diluting😖 and it. And worse it badly discolours everything it comes in contact with, yes teeth as well ! I did notice some improvement when I felt bloated but I stopped using it because I felt it’s just not worth it .

I recommend going lighter on the dose than the bottle indicates. Everyone is different so adjust for your needs. I use 5 to 10 drops each of turmeric and st johns wort in 2 ounces of water for headaches. If I'm dealing with a migraine I will and 5 to 10 drops of lobelia to this.
