I've tried lots of different liquid B Complex products, and this is my current favorite. Good quality and a good ingredient ratio. It's on my monthly list.
For elderly people who don't like taking pills, this is very good, and not as expensive as liposomal. Recomended.

I thought this was a sublingual, but its juat liquid to swallow. I can feel the difference when I take a sublingual B-12, and it is much more easily absorbed. Taste makes me gag if taken straight. Much easier to swallow if put it in a small amount of juice or at least water

I was looking for liquid methylated b complex with normal doses of B vitamins and high B12. Thus product simply was designed for my wish! Made in China sounds a bit odd, but hopefully quality control is good. I will look forward to what else the brand has to offer!

Overall, the formula is excellent. It contains a huge dose of vitamin B12! Keep in mind - this might be exactly what you need, or or you can reduce the dosage. It also contains a good dose of biotin. It has a lemony flavor and is really interesting taste. I feel more energy after taking these drops. I just put a few drops under my tongue. I was surprised to see that it’s made in China (as a matter of personal principle, I don’t buy vitamins or dietary supplements from China). However, the ingredients are fine.
