We’ve been using Podium Nutrition Salt + Electrolytes Hydration Sticks in Tropical Lime during gym workouts and outdoor walks in the dry Arabian weather, and they work really well. Just drop one in the water bottle and it adds a nice lime flavor while helping with hydration and electrolytes. Easy to carry, tastes good, and has become a regular part of our routine. I certainly recommend!

It is good to drink while exercising. The quality is solid, too. It does have a bit of an artificial flavor, but if you like this kind of taste typical of mass-produced goods, it is fine.

I wanted to give a try on this electrolyte mix. Taste good, excellent quality. I ll probably order some more once my package is empty
