This is truly the only effective probiotic ive evet used. Really has made a major difference in my GI health. I am grateful to have found it. It does shake things up a bit over the first few weeks but once my body adjusted to it, things calmed down and smoothed out.

My mom is feelimg better after taking it for 2 months
It was working for my stomach issues with IBS-D but it caused me severe drowsiness. And if i took it at night, it didn't resolve that issue.
I like using the capsules insteads of the tablets (which need to be crushed) to make my own probiotic culture a la Dr. William Davis' book, "Super Gut." It may be a little pricy but well worth the investment in making the culture with these capsules.
Happy with this! Couldn't find them anywhere else, they really work to reduce flatulence and my gut feels better. And my stomach is noticeably smaller when I take these for at least a few days. High quality.
Taking this to help with gut health and possible SIBO. Also read it could be used as homemade yogurt culture but haven’t tried yet
