I'm unsure it does anything as I don't notice any difference whilst using this product. the days I don't use it I feel the same.

These are great to have on hand. If anyone in my household is sick, these are great while getting through that. They stick really well. No irritation.

I use this on days when it's too hot and I sweat a lot and also after an workout. It helps, but it could stay better on the skin.

great for long days on the ocean fishing, or working in th hot sun. great for athletes. so easy to use, stick it and forget it.
