These seem to be a good quality vitamin. They are tasty and I did have increased energy when I took them. However, I have low blood clotting factors, which makes me sensitive to omega 3. The effect this had on me was quite bad headaches so I had to stop taking them. They would be good if you have normal blood clotting abilities.
I struggled to find any product at all in the UK that is an all in one supplement that includes Omegas and this is the only one i could find. It’s so easy to take and i feel reassured that with only 2 gummies a day i get all my nutrients

I was aware of the brand quality before buying the product but it was my first time buying the sugar free version of these gummies for added benefits. Even though the taste is pleasant and the recommended daily dosage is lower, the actual package size is not enough to last a whole month if you take them daily. Also the potency seemed lower than the one with sugar but overall I was happy with them.
