Terrible taste, powder that doesn't turn into a drink... I tried adding syrup, still horrible. Another product from the Hennel company's series was actually much better, but it can't touch this one.

I've been taking magnesium tablets, and this was my first time trying the powder type. It tastes good and is easy to drink, but when I took it in small amounts, the powder clumped together towards the end, making it difficult to use.

Delicious flavor, good concentration of minerals, dissolves easily. I take it to boost my energy and help my body rebuild muscle after training; I've also noticed an improvement in my sleep quality. The benefits of this supplement are noticeable; my body and mind are grateful.

The taste is something else... i was not expecting it to be so bad. Sometimes it gives me problem wih stomache i have history whit stomach uclears. I can not sleep immedietally afterwards and i have not seen any results on cramps

This is working better than the last magnesium supplement I used. I have POTS so the added electrolytes are very helpful. Flavor is subtle and not too overpowering

Magnesium powder is very helpful for relieving muscle fatigue after exercise. The strawberry lemonade flavor is refreshing, making it easy to mix with water, and it doesn't have any artificial sweetness. A 150g pack lasts about a month, and I take it with confidence because of the quality from Metagenics.

The taste is fine. The ingredients are excellent. I bought it on sale. I really like this brand.
