Magnesium Glycinate, 90 Veggie Capsules (80 mg per Capsule)

It’s low dose and pricy but Clean ingredients, read non-medical ingredients -no additives or preservative,they always use cocnut oil unlike other cheap brand using cheap oils. The only one thing I wish they have is the amber Glass bottles instead of plastic. I hope in the future they will switch to glass bottles.

I purchased this for my daughter as she had been looking for a clean magnesium glycinate supplement to help her relax and combat her insomnia. Magnesium glycinate can have opposite effects for some users, so please be mindful of this. She had started off taking one in the late afternoon or evening and felt that the effects were minimal but did report decent sleep. When she stepped it up and took the recommended 2 capsules was when she noticed a marked difference. Within a few hours she was very relaxed and once her head hit the pillow she was out for the night. She doesn't use it everyday, so as not to become immune to its effects, but when she needs it it does the trick. Fantastic product from a fantastic company.

This form of magnesium was what my doctor recommended and I have had good experience with this company, so this was a no brainer. I have just started using it so no great changes yet but nothing bad either. I am not sure if it's placebo but I do feel sleepy when I take it.

I have been taking this brand for several months and I have no complaints. I take 2capsules an hour before bed and I see a slight improvement with sleeping compared to the nights I forget to take it. I read the reviews on this brand and they were mostly positive and I would say based on the improvements I have with sleep and less Charlie horses at night the quality is good!

One capsule (80 mg) seemed fine for me, but after increasing the dose, I noticed sleep disturbances that felt like breathing issues during sleep. I can't confirm the supplement was the cause, but the symptoms only appeared after taking a higher amount and improved when I reduced/stopped it. I recommend starting with a low dose and increasing cautiously.

Quality is very good, capsule size is not to big and is easy to take. The packaging is super high quality and convenient to use. Has no taste. I can really see a lot of benefits, really helps me to fall asleep faster and have better sleep. Muscle and joint pain also got a lot better.

Delivers what Magnesium Glycinate should deliver. 90 pills per bottle is fair. recommended dose on the bottle is 2 pills per day. so the bottle lasts you 45 days. I would say it does help with my sleep at night.

The dosage is as I wanted. Very useful, I like it. Sports Research has very high quality products, and it would be great if the price was a little more affordable.

I take this before I go to bed. This is the best magnesium I have found for sleep. This makes me feel fully rested when I awaken in the morning.
