I have noticed less hot flashes and if I get one it’s more of a warm one, I don’t feel as irritable. I take it in the afternoon but also take magnesium before bed and I sleep through the night. So basically I’m going to keep taking it. I have recommended it to coworkers.
it really works, but takes a few weeks, just be patient. Im happy I found it. I wish it would come in larger size though.
