I have just tried 1 bottle, and sadly not sure if a difference..at this moment. as I had a very bad reaction to a medication. But, not fair to the product. So, since I can't use my topical creams and usual skin supplements at this time I have put myself on auto ship for a few months to see if it helps my skin restore from this issue from an extreme medication reaction. wish me luck! KC

I don’t think these are making any noticeable difference. Like I shouldn’t have to take something for months and Months to see results. I mean they are yummy. But as far as helping with skin and hair and nails- doubt it.
I like the ingredients and dosage of each, but am deducting points because the texture and taste aren’t the best.

I also have tried this faithfully for a month along with the Mary Ruth Hair growth . I did repurchase both again to try for another month . Not sure if I will reorder again . The taste on Both were great but it’s expensive . I did notice that I lost less hair when combing it and my nails seemed stronger so will keep going with it to see if any new baby hairs fill in .
