Honestly not worth the calories, the protein is low the calorie is high I wouldn’t even eat it during bulk season. It’s not even good enough for it to be worth the calories during bulk season. The outside is dry the inside is hard and leaves your mouth greasy it’s really bad even after microwave it’s below average
First off the amount of icing inside the cooking is greatly exaggerated by the photo, which is why I was looking forward to this cookie. But when I tried them, there was just a tiny dollop in the center of the cookie, and the texture and flavor wasn't much different than the rest. The nutrition at least pulls through in the end. I felt satiated after eating, and the taste wasn't half bad but it's comparable to cheaper protein cookie brands in flavor.
Really, really surprising, it looks relatively simple but it has a luxurious chocolatey taste like a chocolate soufflé. Especially after we heated it for about 20 seconds in the microwave.
Great flavor, very handy- can make a meal replacement. Hitting up really adds to the texture. A little dry. Macros are not the greatest.

They're delicious, but they're not exactly low in calories. They have the same energy content as other pastries, like a Gansito, for example, just with some protein. I eat them occasionally; it's not something I recommend every day. As a bonus, they could replace breakfast or dinner, or be a good snack after a workout.
Big cookie (108 g) and very filling. Good amount of protein and a soft texture, more like a real cookie than most protein snacks. The taste is nice and not too sweet. Price is reasonable for the size and quality. Good option when you want something sweet with extra protein.
