I love Solaray brand, I dont feel any difference from normal Berberine just yet, I started second bottle, so I hope i see some changes..
I used it and didn’t see any change, maybe I should take it for a longer time
The ingredients are good quality and size of the pill is reasonable. I believe it will provide benefits to me.
I think is a GOOD supplement.. but it affected my stomach. Gave me nauseas and some discomfort on my digestion. I started with 2 a day.. now I'm taking just 1 every other day.
This formula contains both of the best extracts to give the metabolism a boost and help with weight
The capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate the inclusion of dihydroberberine in the formula. I haven't experienced any noticeable digestive discomfort, which I've encountered with some other supplements in the past.
