Hi girls! I liked this type of collagen better than the others because it contains three types of collagen, not just two. It also includes Vitamin C to increase absorption and Hyaluronic Acid for radiant skin on the face and body. This is amazing! The quantity and packaging are excellent, and the quality is fantastic because it's made from fish. I take one tablet daily after meals to avoid nausea.
