These macaroons are intelligently packed in individual packets and have the potential to be excellect except the intensity of sweetness takes away the flavors of cocnut and choclate. If there was more choclate on the bottome that would help as well.
I love coconut macaroons and the chocolate is an extra treat. I usually can stop at just one because they are so tasty and satisfying and the coconut has a bit of fiber. All is well with the world when you eat these treats.
My child really enjoyed these cookies. They have a pleasant flavor and are soft. The only downside is that there are not many in the package. My personal favorites are still the ones in the pink package.
Love the Jennies brand. The coconut is moist, flavorful, the quantity is generous, no aftertaste, no greasiness. There are other coconut macaroons out there, but Jennies is truly the best and inexpensive. Nice little treat to have on hand w/ no guilt.
