Liquid makes it easier
I take tons of vitamins in capsules so having a liquid one makes it so much easier. the great taste it has is welcoming for me to remember. I love that its something I as the mom of the home can take but my teen can as well. its a great size bottle and lasts about a month. will be worth a try..

It's okay.
It's good to drink on an empty stomach. I mix it with green juice... but if you drink it on its own, it does feel a bit greasy, perhaps because of the mango. It's a relief since I don't drink much of it, and the advantage of being able to conveniently get all the nutrients makes up for it.
