I tried it out it did help with digestion and some constipation relief however I did not enjoy the taste, it reminded me of cough syrup, maybe I will try a different flavor. The size however is great for traveling and packing

These tasted too much like bubble gum for my picky kid, I got them cus he had to have a round of antibiotics and I wanted to help his gut. The packets and dose is perfect if my son would have drank it.
