Two softgels = 15 mg L-5-MTHF plus B6 and methyl-B12 in coconut oil. I take one (7.5 mg). Easy to swallow, no weird smell. This is the active folate, not folic acid. Bought it because I don’t convert folic acid well. Too soon to write a miracle story — started it this week. Pouch is 240 so it lasts.
