Super rich in nutrients, it contains vittamins A, C, E, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, and all essential amino acids. It's best to take it first on the morning for a better clean up. In the morning after I just get up, I mix 3g of moringa with 3g of matcha and 150mL of hot water and froth it. The taste of moringa is very strong.

Good quality ingredients, this super food is supposed to be really good for just about everything. I'm taking it to increase my vitality and for antioxidant benefits. I hope to see improvement in my overall health, luckily it tastes nice in my opinion (😜 I like bitter things), though it has the consistency of sand, so not very palatable...
