I was happy to find these sunflower seeds with no salt and natural (not roasted) I eat these to get the nutrients, especially the vitamin E. I eat a handful of these sunflower seeds every day.

We toast these and mix with pumpkin seeds as a salad topping. We use so many, I was glad to find an organic option.

Oh, such a huge quantity will last me a long time I tend to roast them before adding them to things as it really freshens them up but I think these are very good and I will order them again
