I read the reviews on the quality, ingredients, potency of this product seems to be ok so far as i just tried it recently, yet to see the effect for now. the package is standard and 2 capsules to be taken daily. i think based on what i read, it should benefit women age over 40s and is useful for anyone who has vitamin deficiency. the size of the capsule is just nice to swallow.
Starches are in so many otherwise good products. Either in the capsule or in the extra ingredients. I searched until I found this women’s daily multi. I am very happy with it. And the price is right too. Because of the added ingredients just for women I was able to quit taking my support for menopause. 😊

I like that the vitamins are methylated, more bio available. easy to swallow, works great for me.
I read that it was important for middle aged women to take methylated supplements. I haven't felt any noticeable side effects from this vitamin. I don't have any problems with swallowing it comes in 3/4" capsules or something around there.

Multivitamins are so expensive and I repeatedly have bought them and then given them away because of the smell. Finally , I decided to try capsules. I AM SO GLAD I DID! Do they work? I have no clue. I don't feel any different but I am thrilled I can get the down without gagging from the smell. Time will tell if they are working.
I’ve been taking this multivitamin for about six months and it’s definitely my favorite of all the ones I’ve tried. The quality is great. The capsule size is small and easy to swallow. The amounts of all the vitamins are not crazy high so I feel comfortable taking it daily.
