I like the product, the shape of the capsules is good (some are too big and/or not smooth, therefore hard to swallow)

I used to drink a product from a Japanese manufacturer, but this product is larger and offers better value for money.

One capsule is enough, it's very powerful and fast-acting, highly dosed. I recommend it; it makes you feel the effects, but taking two capsules gives you headaches, so I'm a bit hesitant. It works well, the small capsules are easy to take.

No odor, good for skin and beauty, a daily supplement for those over 40! Will buy again.
