Not very impressed by this one: it's like a bullet. I don't have issues swallowing pills and the like, but this is something else. It sits in your guts like a foreign body. Won't buy it again.

I've been taking this for few weeks now. I've been suffering from frequency of fluctuations because I'm not used to eating carbs cause of being on keto. My gut inflammation got lessen thanks to this. I would definitely recommend this to those have any internal inflammation or similar case to mine.

the pills are very large so hard to swallow. not sure if i notice any visible difference in anything whilst taking these. hoping it will improve my sleep though
I am struggled with my sleep for more than a year, I will wake up at midnight and couldn't go back sleep, suddenly I tried dry sour cherry and it kicked me out for whole night, but its hard to find it and super expensive, so when I see this tart Cherry supplement I was so exited to try right away and I was shocked how it helped me from the first try, all night sleep and feel very restful in a morning Highly Highly recommend!!!!
Impossible to swallow. This is a good supplement but the shape is so strange it gets caught in my throat whe. I try to swallow. Also my husband had the same problem. My solution it to bite a bit to change the shape. I have never had a problem like this before.
trying to find any information about their ingredients “origin” used in tart cherry+ but nothing ! even in their website nothing shows what kind of gelatin they are using!
I’ve been taking these for about a month now and they seem to be helping with my insomnia. They do have an off putting smell though so if that kind of thing bothers you then you might want to try something else . I like that they have magnesium and black seed oil too.
