The brush heads fit oral cavities of cats and small dogs perfectly, moderately soft bristles clean interdental dirt well. Secure packaging avoids damage. Bulk purchase is cost-effective for daily pet teeth cleaning, will reorder. 

my kitten hates it but it's good. would give 5 stars if the head itself was a tiny bit smaller

Although it's a bit pricey and only comes with two brush heads, it's definitely more effective when used on a cat's mouth.

I've been looking for a toothbrush for my small dog that soft enough and this one is perfect and brushes really well

It is soft, very small and comfortable. I will buy it again for my 2.5 kg Yorkie.
