I had another supplement with ashwagandha that I liked in the evenings but it became too expensive so I wanted to try this one. This gummy is a little bit grainy texture but has a good flavor. I can't say for sure if it helps with stress or relaxation but I like the added benefit of the mushrooms (again, not observable though yet).
