It tastes just like milk. I like that it's organic which is rare to find. I usually use it to make a homemade bread and sometimes I added to my coffee, two serving size of milk powder and mix it with little bit of maple syrup, it tastes really good.

i dont use cow milk but almond, oat or soy milk. especially when preparing ice cream i find that adding the powder gives extra creaminess to the ice cream and elevates any alternative miik base
