This is great that its combined with k2 making it more efficient , easy to swallow, i suggest taking it after a meal with olive oil for better absorption

I decided to buy thse as it seems that no vitamin D over 2000iu are now available in Canada! Wth? So I decided to buy the lower dose of the same company. These are the best! Like top quality and highly effective. If you still have access to the highest iu form, take that one. But if not these are still amazing. I take 2 to 3 everyday.
