Cream is a different texture but so far it seems to work well. I did notice that I cannot put it on my legs or I seem to break out more so I have to put it just on my arms. It does help with hot flashes and weight control since I have had a hysterectomy since I was 39.

I honestly had to stop progesterone ( 54 years old on HRT ) because it was raising my BP .. it is a difficult product to use , it didn’t effect my sleep at all . There are plenty of videos of scientists saying on you tube the opposite but it wasn’t my case unfortunately . Ask your endocrinologist before purchasing it
