I personally don’t take these anymore, but not because they weren’t great. Just because my doctor lessened a few of my vitamin and supplements to only the core I need. But would recommend this brand and tumeric if you are looking for a good one! Great quality and ingredients.

Great quality product, very nice size and packaging, turmeric is very beneficial and filled with an antioxidant. I feel like it is beneficial in causing an overall healthier addition to our overall health. I used it to improve my heart health after an inflammatio. No taste, beneficial product.
Helps fight inflammation along with the Kyolic tablets I take which is a good healthy addition to a good diet.
Learned that this brand's absorption rate is much higher Hopefully thats the case, but so far so good

I started this as the dose was high instead of taking 2/day of other turmeric supplements. Helpful for my thumb arthritis thus far and my husband started it too!!
It works and the price is okay , I found out after a server broken leg that I have osteoporosis I follow Barbra O'Neil and I take this 2 X a day with boron , super K , and calcium magnesium malate , and my break in the leg is healing faster as the DRS though it would
