Qunol's Extra Strength is an excellent choice as first of all it is Chelated and then secondly it offers a more than adequate dosage of 420 mg. This product makes an excellent choice if you suffer from Arthritis or joint pain AND you want to get a good night's sleep with glycinate. Also excellent choice for nerve and muscle issues in additon to bone health. This is an outstanding formulation!

I have been taking this for a few years now. I began getting very painful cramps in the arches of my feet and legs on a daily basis.
