These smell like every other vitamin however I’ve been giving them to my 15 year-old rapidly growing teenager and he takes them no problem with no aftertaste or side effects. It’s important for me to know he is getting important nutrients during his growth because he is not the best eater and could have deficiencies.
My daughter just started consuming this. No results are seen yet, but I believe it can bring some improvement.
