Gopal's is the only source for me.
I take pumpkin seed butter more as a supplement, to help me recover my health after heart failure. This pumpkin seed butter is full of beneficial vitamins, especially the potassium ingredient that my body needs to maintain heart rhythm. Gopal's is the only source, and I find their quality as excellent. Taste is great, but I prefer the non-salted version when it is in stock.
