Everything going for it.
This rice actually tastes great and the texture will be whatever you want, from al dente to sticky. I use the Instant Pot to cook it, with a little more water than the pot recommends but less than the rice package; add garlic granules and Italian spices...then 4 minutes cooking time and it is perfect. When I add it to my cup of bone broth and heat that for a few minutes, the rice absorbs a little more moisture and gets nice and soft. I eat the rice daily and am very happy that it tests the lowest in contaminants (Mammavation says so.) OH, and what a deal, this 4lb bag saves me plenty of money.
