Another great rice from Lundberg. High quality, single ingredient and authentic sushi rice taste. We use it to make poke bowls at home or attempt sushi rolls. The package size is large and lasts awhile. We follow the cooking instructions on the bag and make it in a rice cooker.
It’s a bit pricey as expected, I bought it once to try then I realized that I can also use some other type of rice like the calrose and then mix it with some glutenous rice for a more softer and sticky consistency. That’s the cheaper way to make sushi. I hope it helps
