I have been taking NatureMade Multi 50+ vitamins off & on for a few years now. I like that these are made specifically for women over 50. The vitamins are a nice size, not too big & easy to swallow. Another plus is that you only need to take 1 each day! These multi-vitamins include 22 important vitamins & minerals in adequate amounts to keep those nutrients at healthy levels. Finally, the price is right!!! All in all, I feel that this is a great vitamin for women over 50!
