Borage Oil, 1,000 mg, 60 Softgels

I take one softgel in the evening. This is a great supplement if you are looking for a natural GLA source without synthetic vitamin e. I recommend keeping these in the refrigerator since they don't have any vitamin-e as a preservative. I take borage oil primarily for skin health and I love it. I don't have nearly as many problems as I used to with dry skin or keratosis pilaris since taking this in conjunction with a good fish oil supplement. My skin is soft and smooth and I have had fewer breakouts.

I don't consume this on a daily basis, but more as a supplement when I have an eczema flare-up or when I'm experiencing very dry skin. It seemed to sooth the flare-ups. This is my third bottle and I have no complaints so far. Will continue using this brand as it is non-GMO, cold pressed, pesticide-free and gluten-free!

I recently started using Barleans for a few different things like menopause support and the like. This is a great product. My only complaint is the packaging. It is super plastic and for a brand who cares about health and the planet they can definitely do better than this bulky plastic container.

This product oil is good. I have tried any brand borage oil before, which made me feeling dry through. But this one does not have this feeling, and can really produced its function on my skin.

The pill size is a little bit big. But I can tell it can help to make my skin smoother. And pill is tasteless.
