Gluten and dairy free but you wouldn’t know it by the taste.
I love these. I lot of the other protein bars have more fat than these do with 8 grams total fat and only 2 grams saturated fat but still has 14 grams of protein. They are delicious. It’s hard to find dairy and gluten free that taste good with organic ingredients that you can get on sale at a decent price.

Favorite Flavor!
Oatmeal chocolate chip is one of my favorite flavors of Aloha Bar. As a registered dietitian, I appreciate the nutritional profile of the bar with its 14gm of protein, 10gm of fiber, and no artificial sweetener.
