Was recommended to me and i gave it a try, happy i did. Liked the quality and ingredients. Capsules are a good size they have No taste and easy to swallow - well packaged too
I really thought this was going to be a liquid gel cap like Now brand. It is not. It is a powder in the capsule. Which is fine, just not what I expected. Pure Encapsulations is a great brand and I will continue to buy their stuff but not this item.
