These are great prenatal vitamins to take. The pills taste a little like vitamin C, so not a gross taste. They aren't too huge either which is a plus. Good value.

I switched from the ‘raw prenatals’ from Garden of Life to these & these were so much more convenient. 150 tablets, only to be taken once a day? Not having to remember to take multiple, throughout the day? This one was so easy for me to not forget to take (aside from the regular pregnant memory loss). I took these with 1 fish oil soft gel & had even more of a pregnancy glow with my skin. I would definitely stock up for during pregnancy & post partum with these.
