First time trying this! At the beginning I really loved it, the taste was sweet and not way too sweet, but after a while I could taste the fishy-oily undertones. Personally I would try other flavours, but my mom really loves this berry smoothie like texture and taste. I trust Barleans Omega quality, my naturopath recommends this and it helps to maintain my skin.
I love that this supplement is three supplements in one. It has quite a lot of borage oil in it too! The taste is a bit strange, especially the after-taste, but I know all of the oils in it taste absolutely horrible on their own. We are testing this out to see if it hurts our stomach though, we only take a teaspoon each, and always seem to get an upset stomach after.
I have been purchasing this for more than a year now to my kids. The taste is si good and doesn't leave too much fish flavour. I tried many other products, yet none of them had acceptable flavour like this brand. Additionally, it has a high concentration of omegas combined, and you don't have to give multiple times per day. It has a noticeable benefit on focusing and reading tendency.
Barlean's is an excellent product, you can't go wrong with any of their products. I have been taking product for years and this is a nice flavor to add to the other flavors that I sometime use as well.

I typically buy the strawberry banana one but splurged on this and it’s so yummy more of an oil based than the smoothie variety which is a creamy texture This one’s from flax oil n is vegan n absolutely delicious
