It says you need 6 capsules, however I take two. Inside is a variety of fiber that benefit my gut health. I take too little fiber in my diet so I need this every day. I am never constipated, I just take enough water with the fiber.
I was intrigued by this product because it contains both dietary fiber and probiotics, so I bought it. I plan to try it for a while, and if I like it, I'll make it a regular supplement.

used to get these from vitacost before they were bought by iherb. easy to take if you lack fiber and probiotics. i like the large amount but the serving size is 6 pills per day which is rather much.
