Magnesium has poor absorption and can easily cause diarrhea, making it difficult to adjust the dosage. However, this product uses aspartate, which has relatively good absorption, and each capsule contains 20mg, making it easy to adjust the dosage. In terms of price, it's not much different from buying directly from Vitacost.
