Tried this as an alternative to Herbs Etc., ChlorOxygen, Chlorophyll Concentrate, Alcohol Free as it was out of stock but also since the ChlorOxygen changed formulas. These are easy to take & do seem to help though not as quickly as a liquid chlorophyll. Gave it to our oldest child & seem to help kill something inside (texture, color & smell from the feces which was bad). After a few days it went away but we still give it to help internally which it seems to be improving some symptoms of being "on the spectrum" (change of behavior - speaking a few words whereas normally non-verbal, interacting more with sibling, playing with some old toys including riding a truck around AND attempting to eat by oneself - amazing). Looking to find something a little better (prefer liquid) but this is a good item to have! It appears that chlorophyll helps to cleanse internally more than I expect & I think with the right research, one could find the right product to help with other symptoms of autism!
