I've been taking this supplement for a few years. Periodically, I run out of it and feel more stiffness and pain and so start it again. Sometimes, I read about a superior product so give it a try but don't get superior results so return to this product.

Have been taking this for over a year, primarily for an antioxidant benefits. It is something that is always in my daily regimen.

Good Product - been using for years - only comment is occasional and extremely brief backup/burp up. Capsules go down easily. Ingredients good quality and mix.

I started taking this years ago from Vitacost to reduce bodily inflammation that made me feel like I was developing rheumatoid arthritis. Within 4 days, the inflammation-induced aching was dampened and movement felt good again. The formula included Bioperine which took other brands a few years to catch up with and add into their own formulations. I have been taking 3 capsules per day for 12+ years without any side effects or detectable changes in my annual blood tests. I can only testify that this is my personal experience. I have no chronic conditions and take no prescription medications.

I take this twice a day and my inflammation has been noticeably reduced. I’m feeling better than I have in years! They are great quality too.

My acupuncturist recommended Turmeric (Curcumin) with piperine (black pepper extract) for stiff joints. It does help. I stopped using it for 2 weeks and I felt the difference. I'll continue taking it.
